Four different PHC Programs for people with different situations and goals

Every PHC Program is built around the same principles and designed to execute against the same mission, which is to keep you as well as possible for as long as possible.

The PHC Access Program lays the foundation of every PHC Program, which is the establishment and fostering of a relationship between you and your doctor that is truly personal in nature. This is accomplished by creating an environment in which you have virtually unlimited access to your MyCare PHC physician, and the ability to spend as much time as needed with him/her.

In addition, the PHC Access Program ensures that MyCare PHC is there for you in those urgent situations where health care requirements are unforeseen. Whether it is an emergency house call, a trip to the Emergency Room, or a consultation with a specialist, the MyCare PHC physician can be there for the patient when needed most via the use of a MyCare PHC Special Visit.

The other three programs are all extensions of the PHC Access Program:

  • The PHC Security Plus Program is designed for those folks who would benefit from an additional level of security and access to increased emergency or acute care.
  • The PHC Wellness Program is designed for those that want to focus on achieving a profound improvement in their overall wellness.
  • The PHC Maximum Advantage Program delivers the best of everything that MyCare PHC has to offer by combining the additional security of the PHC Security Plus Program and the extensive wellness services in the PHC Wellness Program.
