PHC Security Plus Program
The PHC Security Plus Program builds upon the PHC Access Program by offering scheduled appointments in the home, along with additional emergency and acute care amenities:
- Same day appointments (within 24 hours of request)
- All scheduled appointments with a MyCare PHC physician can be conducted at the home and/or workplace (if within acceptable geographic limit)
- No time limits on visits with your physician
- 24/7 access to your personal physician via phone and email
- Annual complete medical physical and semi-annual Wellness Consultation with physician/health coach
- Hospital/Nursing Home visits –Do not require use of a Special visit or payment of any additional fees
- Coordination of all medical care, including direct consultation with specialists
- One Special visit every two months (six per year)*
- Home visits – After-hours visits in the home
- Workplace visits – Appointments at the workplace (if within acceptable geographic limit)
- Emergency Room – Meet Member at the ER to facilitate emergency care
- Chaperone services – Attend visits with specialists as personal medical chaperone
- Wellness Session
- Appointments for family members or guests in need of unexpected care
* Unused Special visits roll over to the next period.
